2019 NBA 2K League Draft: Full Draft Results
Chiquita “Chiquitae126” Evans also made history by becoming the first woman drafted into the NBA 2K League.
The 2019 NBA 2K League Draft has concluded, with a total of 75 players drafted to fill out the rosters of the league’s 21 teams ahead of its second season.
Jazz Gaming selected top Center prospect Spencer “Ria” Wyman from Washington with the No. 1 overall pick in the Draft.
Warriors Gaming Squad selected Samuel “Gradient” Salyers second overall while Kings Guard Gaming chose Michael “Bp” Diaz with the third pick to round out the top three picks of the draft.
History was made in the fourth round of the draft when Chiquita “Chiquitae126” Evans became the first woman drafted into the NBA 2K League when she was selected 56th overall by the Warriors Gaming Squad.
Four international players — Daniel “DT” Tlais from Canada, Jack “Jaacko” Stevenson from New Zealand, Jomar “Jomar12” Varela-Escapa from Puerto Rico, and Harry “HazzaUK2K” Hurst from the United Kingdom — were also drafted.
DT was taken with the 29th pick by Magic Gaming, Jaacko was selected 50th overall by Pistons GT, Jomar12 was drafted with the 71st pick by the Blazer5 Gaming, while HazzaUK2K was the last player to be selected in the draft with the 75th pick by the Season 1 champions Knicks Gaming.
