Which team will be hailed as this year’s king of tower defense? The answer will soon be revealed atClash of Clans World Championship 2022.
The CoC World Championship has adopted a brand new format and a bigger prize pool for 2022. With the help of organizers Team Queso, ESL, and Rush GG, fans saw the launch of community tournaments that also counted toward qualification for the World Championship.
However, out of hundreds of teams, only eight will receive golden tickets to participate in this year’s main event to be held in Finland.
Here’s everything you need to know about the CoC World Championship 2022, including its schedule, teams, prize pool, format, and where to buy tickets.
Clash of Clans World Championship Finals format
Eight participating teams will battle it out in a double-elimination format, where teams will be eliminated after two losses.
All matches will be played through Friendly War Challenges, outside of Tournament Hub. Each team will be provided with a level 10 Clan specifically for tournament use.

The main event kicks off on Friday, September 23, at Messukeskus Expo and Convention Centre in Helsinki, Finland.

This year, Supercell is offering a whopping US$1 million prize pool.
Where to buy Clash of Clans World Championship 2022 tickets
Fans can purchase tickets on Supercell’sClash Fest Eventbrite page, priced at US$50 for each General Admission ticket. This allows viewers entrance to both the Clash of Clans World Championship and Clash Royale League World Finals for three days from Friday, September 23 until Sunday, September 25.
