The 2021/2022 Dota Pro Circuit’s first Tour continues with the Eastern European region. The DPC CIS Winter Regional Finals features the top four teams fromDPC EEU Tour 1 Division I.

Reigning TI10 champions Team Spiritdominated the competition, beating every opponent they faced which concluded in a perfect 7-0 match record. Following closely, dark-horse team PuckChamp proved they’re more than just an up-and-coming squad as they finished with a 6-1 record.

Virtus.pro and HellRaisers were the final two teams that advanced to Eastern Europe’s regional finals as they ended their regular season run with 4-3 records.

What isDPC CIS Winter Regional Finals?

Valve shocked the Dota 2 world with a sudden announcement that theDota Pro Circuit 2021/2022 Winter Major was canceleddue to “the discovery and spread of new strains of COVID-19 and the resulting increase of travel restrictions.”

To replace it,Valve announced the Winter Regional Finals.

Tournament schedule and results

The Regional Finals will take place from February 18 to 20.

Grand Final

Format of the tournament

All four teams participating will play best-of-three matches in a double-elimination bracket, except for the Grand Final, which will be a best-of-five series.

The event’s prize pool and point pool

The tournament will have a total prize pool of US$100,000, along with a total of 380 DPC Points.
