This season, eight teams will vie for a prize pool of US$108,700 and the opportunity to represent the region in the upcomingM5 World Championshipin December.
Team Occupyaims to defend its championship throne against formidable contenders, including Middle East powerhouseTeam Falcons, who’ve entered the competition this season.
Teams like Okami Esports and Curse Squad have introduced Filipino imports to strengthen their rosters, adding an extra layer of competitiveness to the league.

Twisted Minds
Twisted Minds battled fiercely through the Gulf Server qualifiers, earning their spot in MPL MENA Fall 2023.
Leading this young team is the experienced player Zaid “Zid” Arafat Hashem Alhelo, who is returning to pro play after a one-season hiatus.
Team Occupy
The reigning MPL MENA champions, who secured back-to-back titles in the 2023 Spring and 2022 Fall Splits, have revamped their roster with predominantly Egyptian talent.
Led by Amr “Maro” Khaled Rashid Amin, the team is bolstered by the experience of Ahmed “Alpho” Osama Ibrahim Aly and Belal “Speedyyy” Adel Saleh Sheref Dahab, both seasoned veterans.
Additionally, the team has enlisted Mahmoud “7oda” Ayman Saleh Abdel Rahman to fill the gap left by Mahmoud “Lio” Elsayed, who has moved on to Team Falcons.
Geekay Esports
Geekay Esports has assembled a youthful roster hailing from Egypt.
At the helm of the team is the seasoned veteran Mohmmed “Koba” Mhmoud Mohmmed Teleb Abdrabou, who will play a pivotal role in their quest for the championship.
Koba is not only expected to excel on the battlefield but also serve as a guiding force and mentor to the league newcomers: Mohamed “Ryujin” Sherif Fayz Mahmoud, Ahmed “Bazo” Waheed Rafeek Abdelmoneim, and Adel “Top 500” Khaled Allam.
Team Falcons
Team Falcons, one of the most prominent esports organizations in Saudi Arabia, is making its debut this season with a formidable roster.
Their roster includes Jungler Mahmoud “Lio” Mostafa Mahmoud Elsayed and midlaner Fabito “Goodnight” Bacog Jaylord, both of whom secured the runner-up position in the MPL MENA Spring Split 2023 with Team Occupy.
Additionally, they’ve added Patrick “Lawtrick” Lawrence Gonzaga Ciego, a Gold Lane powerhouse from MPL Malaysia champions TODAK.
Curse Squad
Curse Squad is back with renewed energy after missing out on last season’s Playoffs.
They’ve undergone a transformation by joining forces with fellow Regular Season contenders, Royals Esports. The revitalized Curse Squad now boasts a diverse roster representing Iraq, Kuwait, Palestine, the Philippines, and Saudi Arabia.
Team SEN
Team SEN is making its inaugural appearance in MPL MENA this season, securing their spot through the Saudi Arabia Open Qualifiers. With a largely unfamiliar roster to the league, Team SEN carries an air of mystery.
However, they do bring a familiar face in Abdulrahman “Zerooo” Jameel A Aljameeli, who finished third in the previous season with WildAxe.
Okami Esports
Following a heart-wrenching defeat to Team Occupy in the intense MPL MENA Spring Split Finals, Okami Esports has undergone a complete overhaul of its roster.
They have introduced Filipino talents Simon “H4NIESALAS” Clayton Dela Cruz Salas and Dan “Yunaan” Marco Anthony Laranjo La Victoria to their roster.
Triple Esports
Triple Esports makes its debut in the MPL MENA arena this season.
Interestingly, many of its members will be instantly recognizable to MPL MENA fans. The majority of Triple Esports’ roster has transitioned from last season’s third-placed team, WildAxe.
