PSG.RRQ defeat Evos Esports in the inaugural SEA Clash of Champions finals

Singapore’s Suntec City hosted the first ever Mobile Legends: Bang BangSEA Clash of Champions tournament. Hometown team, Evos Esports, made it all the way to the finals, taking out tournament favorites, the Phillipines’ Cignal Ultra, but fell 2-1 to Indonesia’s PSG.RRQ in the finals.

John Wick is officially in Fortnite

A new“Wick’s Bounty”limited-time mode was added toFortnite: Battle Royalealong with a new skin, glider, pickaxe, two wraps, back bling, and two emotes based on the enigmatic hitman.

The new game mode requires you to hunt other players to collect gold tokens. Collect enough tokens to fulfill the contract and win. But watch out, token leaders are marked on the map for all to see, and if you’re eliminated three times, you’re out.

In other Fortnite news, on May 10 and 11,superstar Fortnite streamersNinja(45k viewers) andTfue(44k viewers) each managed to surpass the concurrent views for the May 12 Fortnite World Cup Qualifier (42k viewers).

Tokido defeats John Takeuchi in a thrilling Saigon Cup grand finals

Street Fighterlegend Hajime “Tokido” Taniguchi added another championship to his trophy case after he defeated Ryota “John Takeuchi” Takeuchi 3-2 in the thrilling final set of the Capcom Pro Tour Saigon Cup.

The grand finals were full of incredible moments, but this clutch comeback from Tokido, punctuated by a Raging Demon finish was by far the highlight of the tournament.

Eight of the world’s best Widowmakers compete in a 1v1 tournament

The highlight of the Overwatch League’s All-Star event was, by far, the Widowmaker 1v1 tournament. Some of the game’s best Widowmakers, including Do-hyeon “Pine” Kim, Jae-hyeok “Carpe” Lee, and Byung-sun “Fleta” Kim, competed in the first-to-7, headshots only, no SMG, 1v1 duel.Check out the highlights here.

G2 Esports smash Team Liquid in the MSI 2019 finals

The first two days of MSI 2019 were filled with drama. On day 1, Team Liquid took out Invictus Gaming with a 3-1 win that almost nobody but the most hardcore of Liquid fans would have predicted. On day 2, G2 Esports got their own upset against SKT T1 with a thrilling 3-2 victory.

After two days of major upsets, the finals went pretty much as expected, with G2 Esports easily stomping Team Liquid 3-0.
