MPL SG Season 6 starts in August, registration for qualifiers now open

Singapore’s premierMobile Legends: Bang BangProfessional League (MPL) is making its much-anticipated return — MPL SG Season 6 starts with the qualifiers on August 5 to 6.

The league will feature the country’s finest teams competing for a prize pool of SG$100,000 (over US$75,000), along with the chance to represent their nation at theM5 World Championshipto be held in the Philippines.

Reigning champion and star EXP laner,Yeo “Diablo” Wee Lun, who led his teamRSG Slate SG to victory in the last three seasons, has ignited excitement by daring players to take on his formidable squad.

As the competition promises meta-disrupting changes fromProject NEXT, including an overhaul of theemblem system, challengers will have the opportunity to use never-before-seen strategies and gameplay to overthrow the Raiders’ throne.

The MPL SG Season 6 qualifiers will be played on August 5 and 6 in a double elimination bracket format. Aspiring esports enthusiasts and seasoned pros are welcome to form teams of at least six and register.

The top two squads from the qualifiers will qualify for the regular season, where they will face off against Singapore’s top pro teams from MPL SG Season 5.

The MPL SG Season 6 regular season will run from September 9 to 30, followed by the playoffs from October 20 to 22.
