PSG.LGD’s Dota 2 team will stay together for 2022 DPC season after TI10 run
PSG.LGD’s road to redemption has begun.
The International 10(TI10) runner-up PSG.LGD has made the decision to stick together heading into the 2022 DPC season.
The Chinese team was defeated by Russian squad Team Spirit in TI10’s grand final 3-2.
According to the organization’s General Manager Pan Fei, all of PSG.LGD’s players have unanimously agreed to stick together and fight again for another year, as reported by Dota 2 insiderTiffani “Oling” Lim.

PSG.LGD were the clear favorites to lift the Aegis of Champions even before the start of the competition, with most experts and even professional players — includingOG’s Syed “SumaiL” Hassan— acknowledging their strengths as a team.
The Chinese powerhouse squad did not disappoint and finished with a 15-1 record in TI10’s group stage. They also looked unstoppable during The International 10’s playoffs after sendingT1,Virtus.pro, andTeam Secretto the lower bracket.
The team finally met their match during the grand final whereTeam Spiritshocked the world and became the first Russian squad to win aDota 2 world championship.

After their TI10 grand final loss, the Chinese squad shared their own thoughts on Weibo.Cheng “NothingToSay” Jin Xiangthanked his supporters, and looked forward to return next year.
The team’s offlaner,Zhang “Faith_bian” Ruida, also explained to his fans that the decision PSG.LGD made during TI10’s grand final was done together, and not just by their coachZhang “xiao8” Ning.
“I love myself and my team. Thanks again for all your concerns,” he said in closing.
