V33Wise duo is back! Blacklist International unveils its MPL PH Season 10 roster

After finishing second to the last atMobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional LeaguePhilippines Season 9 (MPL PH Season 9) with a 3-11 record,Blacklist Internationalare looking to bounce back from its disappointing campaign with the return of the organization’s dynamic duo next season.
Blacklist International revealed its roster on itsFacebook pageyesterday, July 17. Aside from retaining all of its players last season, superstars Johnmar “OhMyV33nus” Villaluna and Danerie James “Wise” Del Rosario will also be returning to the active roster.
Popularly known as theV33Wiseduo, both players are the main forces behind Blacklist International’s success in the league. After the duo was acquired from ONIC PH, they went on to win the championship in Season 7 and 8. Their biggest achievement was winning theM3 World Championship, the most prestigious MLBB tournament last year.
OhMyV33nus and Wise are back for Blacklist International at MPL PH Season 10
The organization first teased its roster on Saturday, July 16, with binary codes that revealed each player’s nicknames. They then released a video that revealed its official lineup for the league’s 10th season.
“With this roster, our mission is to return to our winning ways and #BreakTheCode once again,” Blacklist wrote.
KDA machine Salic “Hadji” Imam will man the midlane. He will be joined by the Filipino sniperKiel “OHEB” SorianoandEdward “EDWARD” Dapadapin the side lanes.
Kent Xavier “KEVIER” Lopez, in his second year with the team, will serve as Wise’s substitute. Longtime members Dexter “DEX STAR” Alaba and Mark “ESON” Gerardo will be doubling-up as substitutes and analysts for the team.
Afterdefending its MPL crownin Season 8, Blacklist represented the country alongside ONIC PH at the M3 World Championship, where they won the championship after sweeping their fellow Filipino team in the grand final of a best-of-seven series.
Before MPL PH Season 9 started, the duo announced they were taking a break for one season, focusing on livestreaming and creating video content. Their absence was evident after the team failed to qualify for the playoffs for the first time since Season 5.
OhMyV33nus and Wise eventually returned to pro play at the31st Southeast Asian Gameslast month. Competing with three rookies, the duo proved they’re still on top of their game after taking down the all-star Indonesian squad 3-1 in the grand final.
