Could Teemo be the next WR champion?

The two-minute trailer stars the marksman Jinx and her pursuit to gather her team members all across Runeterra and bring them inside the Rift. From Demacia, then Ionia, to Zaun, Jinx playfully (and forcefully) invited Lux, Yasuo, and Blitzcrank through a mysterious blue portal.

What surprised fans the most is the appearance of Teemo in the middle of the Wild Rift cinematic, since Riot Games has not made any announcement about the swift scout’s port from League of Legends PC to mobile.

The cinematic then proceeds into one huge fight scene, featuring other champions Zed, Ahri, Malphite, Camille, and Braum on the enemy team.

A wide shot gave players an idea of how the Wild Rift map would look like if it was rendered in full detail with high-definition graphics.

The epic fight scene commenced, with the original song “You Really Got Me” playing in the background featuring artists 2WEI, Hanna Leess, Kataem, and Marvin Brooks.

Of course, Riot Games has once again lived up to fans’ expectations by delivering a gorgeous video game cinematic made up of top notch animation and details so clear, you can even see Jinx’s freckles in one of the close-up shots.

Unlike their cinematics for League of Legends PC, “You Really Got Me” offers a light and fun story to entice mobile gamers to try out Wild Rift as the game enters its Regional Open Beta phase.

League of Legends; Wild Rift is now live for all players in Japan, Korea, the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand.
